Green beans, potatoes and cherry tomatoes get married in this colorful and gourmet recipe. From 1 year old.
- 1 handful of green beans
- 1 small potato
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. coffee yogurt
- 1 C. olive oil
- chopped tarragon.
Remove the ends and threads of the green beans, wash them.
Peel and wash the potato. Cut it into cubes.
Bake both vegetables for 20 minutes, then let cool.
Wash and cut the tomatoes. Cut the green beans into pieces.
Mix the yogurt with the oil, the tarragon, a pinch of salt. Serve the vegetables topped with this sauce.
