Turkey pie with zucchini

An economical recipe, easy to make and that will put the whole family in your pocket.


  • For 4 people :
  • 4 turkey cutlets of 100 to 120 g each
  • 1 half teaspoon of Provence herbs
  • 4 slices of smoked ham
  • 125 g of feta
  • 1 C. flour
  • 4 c. tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 butter nuts
  • 4 minced shallots
  • 4 zucchini
  • 1 cube of chicken broth
  • 1 branch of rosemary
  • salt
  • pepper


Flatten the cutlets. Cover them successively with herbs, a slice of ham and feta cheese. Wrap them and tie them. Salt them, pepper them and put them in the flour.
Brown them for 10 minutes in the pan with half the oil and the butter, then add the chopped shallots. Cover them and let them cook for 15 minutes over low heat, turning them occasionally.
Meanwhile, turn on the grill of your oven.
Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, prick the flesh a few times with a fork, pepper and sprinkle with the remaining oil.
Emit above the bouillon cube and rosemary.
Put your zucchini on the oven rack and bake about ten minutes while watching the cooking.
When the paupiettes are cooked, put them on a serving platter and serve with grilled zucchini.
