Rolls stuffed with meat

Ingredients:

  • 4 rolls
  • 200 g ground beef
  • 200 g ground pork
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 finely grated carrots
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp. oil soup
  • 4 sprigs chopped chives
  • 2 pinches of thyme
  • salt

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (tea 7). Cut a hat from the rolls, empty them with their crumbs. Moisten it with water and squeeze it in your hands. Mix it with the rest of the ingredients. Spread in the rolls and bake for 10 minutes.
