- 100 g diced potimarron
- 1 diced potato
- 1 C. cream or a little butter.
Cook vegetables stewed or steamed for 10 to 15 minutes.
Pass them to the grinder or the potato masher, avoiding to leave pieces.
Add cream or butter little by little and stir well.
It's ready !
• Add a well-cooked egg yolk or a little Comté and you'll have a complete dish for the toddlers' dinner.
