An original recipe for filling up with vitamins. Avocado and cucumber are advised during pregnancy as they contain vitamin B9. The avocado is also rich in iron, essential to fight against anemia.
For 2 people :
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 1 lawyer
- 1 C. mustard
- balsamic vinegar
Peel the cucumber and make very thin strips with a thrift. Do the same thing with the tomato. Peel the avovate, remove the core and make thin strips.
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
In each plate, layer your slices of vegetables and pour the vinaigrette over them. Serve immediately.
