The cream mouse

And if you turn a cream of Gruyère into a little mouse? A funny idea to open the appetite of your young gourmand.


  • 1 serving of Gruyère cream and 1 cracker per mouse
  • 1 radish
  • 1 olive
  • chive


Cut the radish into thin slices.
Prick one on each side of the cream cheese portion to include the ears.
Cut out and place two small pieces of olive for the eyes.
Cut six strands of 3 cm chives and poke them three on each side of the muzzle.
Prick a sprig of chives instead of the tail.
Put each mouse on a cracker.
