The Liège chocolate


Yum ! Just the name of Liège chocolate gives mouth water. Suggest to your apprentice cook to help you make this strong chocolate dessert ... with a hint of whipped cream. And with a straw, it will be even more fun!

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 1/2 liter of chocolate ice cream.

For the chocolate sauce:

  • 125 g of dark chocolate.
  • 25 cl of water.
  • 40 g caster sugar.
  • 25 cl of milk.
  • 20 g of cocoa powder.

For whipped cream:

  • 20 cl of liquid cream.
  • 40 g icing sugar (or a whipped cream bomb ready).
