- 450 g of chocolate
- 150 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 10 g of flour
- 5 eggs
For the decor:
- 100 g grated coconut
- 30 cl of whipping cream

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan over very low heat.
Break the yolks into a bowl and whisk with 85 g sugar (keep the whites in a bowl for the rest of the recipe).
Add the flour and mix again.
Pour the melted chocolate on this mixture.
Beat the egg whites firmly in another bowl with 15 g sugar.
Gently stir in the whites to the dough.
Butter then flour two round molds, one smaller than the other. Then cook for 15 minutes and let your cakes cool.
Prepare the icing by whipping the whipped cream and gradually add 40 g of grated coconut.
Apply the icing on the cake with a spatula or a flat knife from the center.
Sprinkle the cakes with the remaining grated coconut.
Place them next to each other and decorate the snowman. Unroll a bit of liquorice and place them on the top cake to form the eyes, add a round nose candy and a piece of puck for the mouth. Arrange the tangy tongues to make the scarf and finally some candy for the buttons. It's ready !
