The Snow Queen Cake

Indulge your princess with the Frozen Cake of the Frozen! A perfect recipe for a birthday or party snack.


  • 2 yoghurt cakes 20 cm in diameter
  • 750 g blue sugar paste
  • 350 g white sugar paste
  • Food glue (or mixture of icing sugar and lemon)
  • Butter icing


The frosting

  • Spread one of the icing cakes and then layer the 2nd cake over it. Cover the resulting cake with frosting and let it take 20 minutes in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, cut flakes into white sugar paste.

The decoration

  • Spread the blue sugar dough and put it on the cake once the frosting has hardened. Form a circle of white sugar dough about 10cm in diameter more than the cake and cut out a shape of snow flowing with a knife before placing everything on the cake. Glue the flakes on the cake and around it. Form a small border at the bottom of the cake for a complete deco.
